Hello 🙂 We Are Notos Photo Summit:
We are pleased to introduce NOTOS PHOTO SUMMIT which we aim to establish as the one of the leading wedding (but not only) photography events of Southern Europe, bringing together an international range of speakers specializing in the art of wedding photography, conceptual, portraits and fashion photography and running an innovative, successful business with emphasis on social media and the importance of successful blogging.

What’s going down over the two days of NOTOS?
Two days of talks, presentations, workshops, parties and events!
Theme of the summit:
The underlying theme of the summit is “Breaking out of the Frame” – stretching the boundaries of your photography, introducing and implementing new approaches, game changing ideas to photography and the business of photography, daring to be different and having the self-confidence to stand by your choices.
Main sections of the event:
The main sections of the two days programme will include talks on
- the art of wedding photography
- fashion and conceptual photography
- successful and innovative social media campaigns
- marketing and the art of business
- the importance of blogging – how and where to
Format of the event:
The schedule includes several one and a half hour presentations for each day. In between there will be coffee and lunch breaks. Welcome Party scheduled for the 18th as well as a Farewell party for the 20th evening, for attendees, presenters, and sponsors. Workshops will be scheduled pre/post summit.
Will be there Workshops?
Yes. Many of the presenters will organize Workshops for between 12 to 15 delegates. Workshops will only be open to delegates of the Summit.
When is NOTOS?
The first Notos Photo Summit is scheduled to take place between the 19th & 20th April 2016 in Athens, Greece.
Where will the event take place:
The event will be held at Technopolis Gazi (www.technopolis-athens.com) – an amazing venue right in the heart of the happening Athens city centre. Parties and social locations TBA.
Arrival and Departure from Athens:
If you are traveling from abroad we recommend arriving on April 18th (during the day) and departing on April 21st. The presentations are scheduled on the 19th & 20th, with Welcome/Farewell parties on the 18th evening & 20th after the closing of the summit. For those who want to attend the workshops – these will take place on the 18th April and 21st-22nd April)

Airport in Athens:
Athens International Airport (www.aia.gr).
Travel between Airport and city centre:
Attiko Metro train (www.ametro.gr) is the cheaper option from Airport to the city centre. A taxi from Airport to venue (central Athens) costs around 50 euro. All hotels we recommend are in city centre and a couple of stops max on the metro from the summit venue.
Language will be spoken in the summit:
The presentations and the workshops will be in English. There will be simultaneous translation into Greek (headsets) for our local delegates.
Time of the presentations:
Presentations will take place daytime both days but for further details look at the PROGRAM section.
Coffee & Lunch breaks:
There will be coffee and lunch breaks in between presentations for each of the summit days.
Get in touch with the presenters:
You can catch up with the presenters before/after the presentations (coffee breaks) during the day as well as at the parties and the social gatherings. Some of them will organise Workshops which is the best way to come closer to them.

Seating at Gazi Tecnopolis:
The seats are theater style – but these cannot be pre-booked. There will be seats for everyone.
Pricing:
Early Bird Special is 395€ until January 1st. Regular Adopter is 495€ from January 2nd to March 1st. Late Adopter is 640€ from March 2nd to April 15th.
The ticket includes:
Pass for the two days of presentations (with coffee/lunch breaks), invitation for the Welcome/Farewell parties, access to sponsors booths during the event.
Is the purchase refundable or transferable?
Invitations are non-refundable, but can be transferred.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes.

Do the attendees have access to the sponsors during the event?
